About our Honduran Coffee

This coffee is certified organic and roasted medium/dark to reveal notes of hazelnut, nutty caramel, and milk chocolate.
The Copan region of Honduras is one of the best known coffee growing areas, but we have chosen to work with a very small cooperative of just 16 communities.
These beans are a mixture of Bourbon and Catuaí, all grown at an altitude of 1350-1600 masl.
Bourbon is a well known variety of arabica bean, but the Catuaí bean is a very small part of the global coffee production, being mostly grown in South and Central American countries. Catuaí beans give a distinctly rich and strong taste, balanced by the more mellow Bourbon beans.

This coffee is supplied as whole bean for you to grind to your own requirements

220 g

Our minimum order for free UK delivery is 2 bags of coffee, or a single bag of coffee can be posted for a standard fee of £3.95 to cover the cost of 2nd class tracked postage. We do not make a profit on postage costs, but unfortunately we have no option but to pass on the cost of posting a single bag.
